LoanHarmony works seamlessly with your Calyx Point and Encompass origination software (Contour, Genesis & Byte Interfaces will be available soon!). Each action taken within your LOS by your loan processor i.e. Request for Appraisal, Request for Title, Verifications, Insurance will be securely uploaded to the LoanHarmony site for your Realtor Partners to view, at their convenience. Information protected by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley privacy act, will not be viewable. ie client SSN, client e-mail, Loan Amount, Lender, Interest Rate, Note Terms.
Each time you have a new loan in process with a "new" Realtor Partner, LoanHarmony will send an "invitation" from your company and direct them to the Realtor Registration section of the LoanHarmony site. LoanHarmony will provide your Realtor Partner with their individual Username and Password. Upon logging in, each transaction involving your Realtor Partner as specified in your LOS, will be viewable in a secure manner.
- Keep realtors informed to loan progress at their convenience 24/7. Realtors have the ability to log in and see only those transactions they are involved in at any time they choose.
- Two mouse clicks to update your entire loan portfolio to LoanHarmony. Your loan processor(s) will have the LoanHarmony interface on their desktop. Three to Four times per day, the interface is activated by the processor and ALL files with changes made since last update are called to the update screen. The processor can select all loans or individual files they choose to update and, with a single click, send the data to the LoanHarmony site for your Realtor Partners to view securely.
