Encompass will replace both Genesis and Contour during 2004—at no additional cost to you—as part of their regular upgrade programs. If you wish to covert to Encompass sooner, a seamless, automated file transfer capability will be available by the end of the first quarter 2004.
Other LOS Users
When you switch to Encompass from another brand of LOS, the process of importing existing borrower files is simple and straightforward. You export them from your LOS in Fannie Mae 3.x format, then import them to Encompass.
