Basic Subscription
Instant
Geocoder Databases are licensed on a subscription basis.
Your subscription
provides you with the initial databases and one year of updates
(3 additional quarters) for your company location. A subscription
grants a license to use Instant Geocoder for unlimited geocoding
for your internal purposes on any machine attached to the
server where it is installed.
In addition,
your subscription can be used with HMDA RELIEF and other QuestSoft
products using this information with no additional license
fee required.

Licensed
Use Restrictions
Instant
Geocoder databases are licensed for use on a single computer
or server. In NO circumstances is it licensed for use for
the benefit of any third parties, subsidiaries or affiliates
unless a separate written agreement is made with QuestSoft
in advance.
Violation
of this is cause for immediate revocation of license along
with other remedies listed in the software license. Other
than this one area, you can use these databases from within
any program that incorporates Instant Geocoder into their
software.

Geocoder hmda county codes directly into your company's internal
use software.
